Paolo is an experienced professional who has forty years of experience at UniCredit Group and for the last ten years spent contributing to giving UniCredit a strong presence in the Czech and Slovak markets . Key responsibilities

  • Professional administrative and organizational support to General Manager and support to Board of Directors
  • Organization of internal and external meetings including Supervisory Board
  • Preparation of an agenda / documents / reviews / reports for different meetings
  • Arrangement of business trips and travel agenda
  • Connection with other departments, external institutions and clients
  • Coordination of events
  • Translations and interpretation from English to Czech language

To succeed in this role you need

  • Experience as a personal/executive assistant
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Fluent written and spoken Czech
  • Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
  • Advanced usage of MS Office
  • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize
  • Professional manners, communication skills, discreet and loyal approach
  • Positive attitude, cooperative mind and a great work ethic
