Key responsibilities

  • Administrative, organizational and business support to Head of Retail and Private Division
  • Preparation of documents / reviews / reports for different meetings
  • Preparation of ad-hoc analysis
  • Independent preparation of presentations and other supporting materials
  • Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up of tasks
  • Organization of internal and external meetings
  • Arrangement of business trips and travel agenda
  • Coordination of events
  • Communication with other bank units on behalf of the manager
  • Communication with external parties
  • Coordination of communication to the network
  • Translation and interpretation

To succeed in this role you need

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize
  • Advanced usage of MS Office
  • Professional manners, communication skills, discreet and loyal approach
  • Open mind with eagerness to learn and positive attitude
